After selecting your file (s), you’ll be asked to fill in the details of the Bible you are importing. Export Templates ProPresenter 6 makes it easy to export templates to be used on. See the sections below for more information on the different formats that OpenLP will import. It is used primarily for displaying song lyrics, Bible verses, and videos. Also the music leaders should supply you what verse, chorus, bridge and tag orders they plan to use. Click on the file folder icon to choose the file (s) of the Bible database you want to import. This will aid in finding the right song in SongSelect. When acquiring song information from the music leaders, be sure to get the composer and arranger. Be sure to put them in the master so you can include them in the arrangements. Note the blank slides at the beginning and end of a song. Next copy the text from the textedit applications and use the import process in ProPresenter. Add a carriage return everywhere you want a new slide. In this case simply copy the text from the internet browser and paste it into the textedit application. Sometimes a song is not found in SongSelect and must be searched for on the internet. Because of the large fonts we use you will probably need to use Reflow Editor to manage the text so it fits the slides. A slide template has been created to provide font size that is appropriate for our presentations. Johnson Church has a SongSelect license added to ProPresenter.
